Applying for the 25/26 season couldn't be easier, simply send an email requesting membership to:

Once we've confirmed your successful application, we will send you an official membership application form via email. Simply complete the form in full and return it using the Royal Mail postal service. If you would like us to post you an application form, let us know and we will get this organised. We will require two up to date passport photos with all applications. If you prefer, you're more than welcome to drop your completed application form, photos and payment directly to Chris in the office. Your application can be processed while you wait and you can take everything away with you. If you wish to do this, please contact the office to arrange, we accept weekend appointments for your convenience.

Payment for membership can be made several ways, bank transfer, a PayPal friends and family payment, cash or cheque. Details can be found on the reverse of the application form.
Yearly membership for the 2025/26 season runs from 1st of April 2025 to 31st March 2026 (all venues). There are no additional charges to fish CLUB Brookfield or any affiliated waters once membership has been paid:
- Adults (18-64) - £165
- Juniors (Under 18's) - £80
- Senior Citizens (65 or over) - £80
- Disabled (on production of a EA concessionary licence or disabled certificate) - £80
If you need a new gate key for CLUB Brookfield, this will be an additional £15.
Due to the exclusivity of CLUB Brookfield, we have to limit annual memberships. Anglers who are currently on the waiting list will get first refusal for a membership after current member renewals. If there are any positions remaining, these will be offered on a first come, first served basis, by using the email above. Once we have reached our yearly membership uptake, anyone else wishing to join will be added to the waiting list for the following year.
