Baitcraft Angling Society has re-written the rule book for the 2026/27 season.
We've decided to make acquiring a Baitcraft Angling Society membership as fair as possible for all anglers. Annually, all current members receive an invite for the following season. After this, we would normally move onto our waiting list. Previously, Baitcraft Angling Society had in excess of two hundred people waiting for a BAS membership. From 5th December 2025, Baitcraft Angling Society is introducing a new deposit system allowing new members to pay a deposit^ to secure membership for the 2026/27 season. Deposit payments are limited and will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we've reached our membership target, the deposit system will be removed, and unfortunately, there will be no further opportunity to become a member until the following season.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CURRENT FULL SEASON MEMBERS AND WINTER MEMBERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT PAYMENT.

Yearly membership for the 2026/27 season runs from 1st of April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (all venues). There are no additional charges to fish any of our waters once membership has been paid in full.
2026/27 membership prices are as follows (includes a renewal invite for the 2027/28 season):

*Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult member.

If you need a gate key for CLUB Brookfield, this will be an additional £15 (this will be noted on the application form).
How to secure your 2026/27 membership:
- Use our totally secure payment platform to enter your details and pay your deposit, all major debit and credit cards accepted.
- You'll be sent an application form via email or in the post (whichever you prefer) within 48-hours of making payment.
- On the form, everything is clearly explained on how to complete your membership application. On the reverse, you’ll find ways to pay your outstanding balance (after deposit) for your respective membership. Outstanding balances, along with a completed application form and two passport photos will be required before we can dispatch your BAS welcome pack - completed application forms and passport photos will need to be sent to the office. If you prefer, you're more than welcome to drop in your paperwork, we can process your application while-you-wait, allowing you to take a welcome pack away with you, please call the office to arrange.
- Once we’ve received your completed application form, passport photos and outstanding balance, a welcome pack will be dispatched next-day.
